Weekend Feast @ hometown ~

Went back to hometown last weekend for Ching Ming.
And expected there will be tons of good food!

Dad made a lot of bak chang... which my mom not that happy coz that means dad will be damn tired... he not young to do all this... we discourage him to do that many too....
But that just him... once he cook, he never control the volume.
He wanna make extra so he can distribute to all the relatives...

So you can see this numbers... and this just part of it and not all =..=



That day morning dad's busy with other cooking and maid that do the cooking
The sambal is vegetarian style so my sis can have it too

not bad lar, i was expecting rendang boar 1 :( but dad said he din buy and he busy not gonna cook that...



But still it is nice~ especially i can add ikan bilis by my own will :D




after the brunch i went to kitchen to have a look
see what my dad was busying...

he ready up those ingredient that need for that 2 days meal where my relative around...

cleaning up pork stomach and slice them for the next day breakfast...

then this i saw dad apply vinegar on top of the skin
then put salt on it







i remember on the half way roasting, he took off part of the salt

Then that day got something else nice!
My uncle bought back a 2.6KG king lobster from Sabah!
OMG!!!
it's been a while i din eat any lobster~

I'm no kidding... it is huge!



just boiled and take off the meat...




we just eat it like this with the original taste of it
and some salad sauce to dip with for that find it no taste
i eat like 1/4 of it :D




and that night dinner...
i think Sheng gonna drool all over :D
and so to Yen... too bad your guys not here at home with us





Next early morning woke up and went to 2 separate mountain to visit great grandparent and grandparent.
and this year we do it real early.... it still pitch black when we visit greatgranparent.
and no... no pic of those....
i feel disrespect to do so... but i can see some 1 snapping pictures when i visit grandparent


after tiring morning, went back home and dad start to prepare his awesome kolo mee~

and to my surprise he even make chocolates again...
with very nice almond and raisin mix...

Wishing Her Happy Birthday

Today is 29th of March.
It is her birthday...
And I was actually try to find her contact through one of her good friend since yesterday.
The friend said will sms me the number but it never come.

Yeah, it's my ex birthday.
And i'm getting her contact not only to wish her birthday, but also try to catch up how she been doing.

Many of my friend asked me to go on and why even bother to contact her and such.
Yeah I know deep down me i no longer love her since 2 years back, but still, she my 1st GF. The only girl that I get so close to so far in my life.
I loved her before, and how can you just not care if you really loved some body, even though your both not love each other anymore, that doesn't take the right off to caring each other as friends, right?

But since I can't get her contact, just let it be... may b that giving me a sign that i should totally don't mind/care about her life or how she being anymore

The reason why we lost contact?
Hmmm...
It was 2 years ago when she asked for the break up, yeah, i was cool with that and go on break up with her...
I was doing my last sem back then and i really want to concentrate on the study...Can't afford to fail any subject as i already extended a year for the degree due to subject failing previously...
Beside that, both of us changed...
we are not longer the person we used to be when we 1st met.
Time passing by (4 years) and till the point that both of us can't tolerate each other anymore, hence the break up.

After the break up, I go on with my own life
We do contact each other but less.
I was really focus on my study, and thought if i less contact her, i can totally let go all those love feeling towards her.
And I did it, the feeling just fade away.
So when i find it was alright to find her to catch up with her a little,
she ignored me...
took me 2 months to figure out she got new bf...
I dunno is it bcoz she scared to let me know she have a new bf who much younger than her,
Or her bf dun let her to contact me... never get to know the reason... we did not contact each other since then...
whenever i smsed/called her, she never pickup or reply... tried sent message through friendster and she'll ignore too
i remember that time i was totally unhappy... coz when we were just break up... she the 1 that hope we still can be best friend even though can't be a couple...
Her total change really surprised me... which i don't know about her anymore =/

Today, I'll still like to thank her for everything.
And glad that we break up, after all we really do not suit each other.
If we were still together, i dun think i'm gonna blog like this now, i wont able to get my current job...
And will miss out all those fun and interesting thing in life that a single dude can do :D

Addicted to Guinness Draught!

Since last year after Jane invited me to join her Guinness Draught gang... I've been addicted this fine beer till now...
And I even bring my sis and she enjoy much too~
the smoothest of the beer makes me hard to resist it

Last week again we went to Souled Out to have our dinner~ yeah it was St. Patrick day itself.
Me, Sis and Jane was there, then Stehpy join late
The reason we pick there is cause Souled Out doing Guinness promotion for this month.
They got guinness infused dishes, and cheaper price on pint of Guinness Draught.

Back to Study,,,, Again...

Last year around this time I doing my CCNA couse.
Thanks to that cert I manage to get this current job, manage to go US for the training and all those fun stuffs over there.

Then this year, I plan to take advance Cert which is one more level up after CCNA cert.
CCVP.
Initially plan to take CCNP, but since my company doing about VOIP, so i taking the cert major on voice, thus CCVP

There are 5 papers together, after discussed with my Region Manager and Director, they say the company willing to pay for the exam fees only.
Director asked me to self study since there few engineers in EMEA done that...
So I take a look on the syllabus

after took a look, i think i can manage to take the 1st 2 paper, which is CVOICE and QoS by myself 1st as my company already provie certain course on those subjects.
but the other 3 paper i got no clue at all.
And since our KL office got limited Cisco product... I got not chance to do hands on on the course.
So I decide to take the 3 weeks course for that 3 paper.
The training center haven't give me date yet, but they suggested me to take the CVOICE paper before June.

Yeah, for those that plan to take CCVP after CCNA pleas take note!
After June 23th 09, CCNA cert no longer allow you to proceed to take CCVP.
You will need the new cert to take CCVP, which is CCNA Voice.
I got the info that, you can take 1 of the 5 paper and pass it first(before June 23th), then you can take 1 year to finish the CCVP with your CCNA cert.

So begin this few weeks i already start to study CVOICE...
It's tough for me as I always can't focus on study...
And after work... study at night is really tiring...
hope i can make it through... :(

i duno, might still have a doubt on their service coz i using Celcom 3G and streamyx broadband...
hope their service has been improve to amaze new customer like me?
coz i might change the 3G service... i want a fast and reliable 1... 3G was quite alright but still sometime the speed is kinda pissing me off
iPhone 3G firmware 3.0 is coming out and allow tethering, i really hope the line speed fast enuff for me to browse anyway in the KL
let see what they can do for the coming event :)
